Task 2b

Relective Writing:
I have used the following methods from the reader to really get to grasps with reflective writing,

 Honey and Mumford’s stages are:
· Having an experience
· Reviewing the experience
· Concluding from the experience
· Planning the next steps.

Reflection-in-action- ‘hands-on’ way of working
Reflection-on-action- going away to conceptualise it and look back at it

  1. Emily-Sophia Obvious question here... how did you use them? Explain to your viewing audience?

  2. As one of the main themes of Module 1 is learning how to use 'think' applying these concepts to your own practice shows your understanding of them. Liam has just written about this topic - have a look. A lot of what we thinking about stay in our head and we do not communicate these thoughts - I think this module tries to identify those thoughts in order to help individuals have greater capacity to apply theory to practice and think about practice as it relates to theory. Looking forward to hearing more from you Emily - your thoughts from the 1st campus session cause a great 'silence' (as opposed to a stir) and that can only be a good thing to use to make this space your own.
